1. Privacy Principles

Your privacy is important to us. The App is designed so that the data you record remains under your control.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Specifically:

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location

  • We do not create user accounts

  • We do not track you across apps or websites

  • We do not use analytics services

  • We do not collect device identifiers

  • We do not access your contacts or photos

All data you enter into GlyphTracker remains stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or back it up yourself.

2. Data Accessed or Collected

GlyphTracker allows users to manually record and track personal wellbeing information. This may include health-related data entered by the user.

The App may store the following types of data only when entered by the user:

  • Health-related data such as body weight or similar wellness metrics

  • Activity tracking entries (e.g., workouts, habits, daily activities)

  • Emotional or mood tracking entries

  • Habit or vice tracking entries

  • Goals and streaks related to the tracked activities

  • Timestamps associated with entries

  • Custom labels or emojis configured by the user

This information is considered Health Data or wellbeing-related information because it may relate to your physical condition, habits, or emotional state.

How this data is used

This data is used only within the App for the following purposes:

  • Displaying your tracking history

  • Generating statistics, summaries, and reports

  • Allowing you to review trends in your activities, habits, emotions, or weight

  • Generating AI-ready reports when you request them

Data collection practices

  • The App does not collect or transmit this data to us.

  • The App does not send this data to external servers.

  • The App does not use third-party analytics or advertising services.

  • All recorded data is stored locally on your device.

3. Data Storage and Retention

All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device.

The App retains your data only for as long as the App remains installed and the data is not deleted by you.

If you uninstall the App, your data may be deleted automatically by the operating system unless you have previously exported or backed up your data.

Because the data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to it and cannot retain copies of it.

4. Data Deletion

You have full control over the data stored in the App.

You may delete your data in several ways:

  • By deleting individual entries within the App

  • By uninstalling the App from your device

Once deleted, the data is permanently removed from the App’s local storage and cannot be recovered by us.

If you have exported or backed up your data outside the App, those copies must be managed or deleted by you.

5. Data Sharing

GlyphTracker does not sell, share, or disclose user data to third parties.

Data may only leave the App if you explicitly choose to export or share it using your device’s sharing features.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
